Meet Raven, a 1.5 yr old black Lab mix, 79 lbs, full of love, loyalty and personality. Raven is a happy fun-loving dog and shares his good nature with everyone. He is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and eager to be part of a family. He wants to be close to his people.

Raven knows many commands including sit, stay, down, come and is a smart, obedient dog overall and wants to please his people. He is a young, strong dog so further leash training would be beneficial. Raven is an energetic boy who loves to run and play so would do very well in a home with a fenced in yard and an active family or owner that enjoys outside activities. He loves car rides, walks and toys. In the home you will find Raven quiet, gentle in movement and always snuggling by your side. He is gentle when getting treats and waits for his food to be placed - no jumping.

Raven gets along with other dogs (not sure about cats) but also would do fine as an only dog with a family that can give him plenty of companionship and exercise. He does like to be with his people and does experience separation anxiety so a home where someone is around more often and is willing to continue helping him build his confidence would be ideal.
