Available Dogs

Greetings, everyone! My name is Shiloh, a quiet, playful guy, 1 year of age, with a shiny black coat. The vet says I'm healthy and I can gain a few pounds, Folks say that I'm very handsome. I like to play with other dogs, so it will be great for me to have a forever home with another dog. I'm friendly with people and working on my leash walking skills. I learned to go up and down stairs. I was a stray who was brought to a rural shelter and I was alone and afraid. Now that I'm in my foster home, I'm learning to live a normal life where I can trust people again. My foster parents are showing me that I can be comfortable. I like exploring the yard and don't try to escape or jump the 4 foot fence. I'm crate trained and when out of my crate, I go to the door when needing to go outside. Toys such as squeaky balls, Nylabones and stuffies are great for me. I'm a young guy so when not supervised, I might chew things that are not toys, but I'm learning to be a good boy. I haven't met kitties yet. I have lots of love to give, and I can be your best buddy. Come to Newberry so we can get to know one another.
