Mocha is a 5-year-old sweetheart who was obviously a great Mama! She loves to play fetch. Entering the water from the beach is preferable but she loves to swim. She is passive with other dogs and when at the park with dogs running around, she plays follow the leader. She is chill most of the time when she is in the house and has a great level of energy in the yard and loves to lay in the sunshine with a plush toy by her side. Mocha loves long walks and is gentle but would love a cat chase game if we let her go when a cat crosses our path (a stern ‘Mocha’ stops her in her tracks when she is on the leash and sees a cat ahead). Mocha loves to have her ears and teeth cleaned especially if it comes with a head rub. Getting in and out of the car is a challenge and stairs seem new to her, but she is mastering them all. She will do anything to be with her people – a real Velcro dog.
At bedtime she loves a forehead rub and then goes to her bed and curls up for the night as soon as we lay down. She really LOVES to be petted between her eyes. A little ditsy and absolutely loving she is a great family dog
