Hi there! My name is Layla, and I’m a sweet, 5-year-old girl weighing in at 66 pounds of love, friendship, and snuggles! 💕
Through no fault of my own, I recently found myself looking for a new home after my previous family surrendered me. Now, I’m ready to turn the page and find my very own forever family. I’ve recently been spayed, am in very good health, and I’m already an expert at being a wonderful housemate!
My foster mom says I have fantastic house manners and know many of my commands. I’m housebroken, respectful, and easygoing. I get along just fine with my two doggy foster siblings and love meeting people. I’m not much of a barker, either. I’m a pretty easy girl to have around!
I’m also a very laid-back lady when it comes to my belongings. I don’t display guarding or aggressive behaviors, making me a lovely companion. When it comes to mealtime, I’m a bit of a grazer! I prefer to nibble at my own pace rather than gobble everything down in one sitting. No need to rush me; I have all day! 😊
Now, let’s talk about my favorite things. 🥰 Petting, snuggling, and being close to my people are definitely at the top of my list. I enjoy playing with toys, too, so we can have a little fun before settling in for some quality cuddle time. And if you’re looking for a travel buddy, I’m fantastic in the car and walk nicely on a leash.
I’m also very respectful in the house, although I must confess that if couch privileges are allowed, I’ll be joining you! After all, what’s better than being close to your favorite human?
We don’t know how I feel about cats, but we do know that I’m a sweet, friendly girl who loves companionship and fits beautifully into home life.
